DISSOLVING: THE SHADOW INTO THE LIGHT BODY
• What is the shadow? The shadow is the physical manifestation of pain. As some people call it “the pain-body”.
• How is the shadow created? The shadow is an entity created by humans through an unconscious accumulation of emotional pain which creates a dense negative energetic field that lives within the body and mind. Usually This entity lives and feeds through people by creating more negative situations and thoughts. Some peoples shadows are harmless and are often looked at as “low vibrational”. For example, someone who complains or is always in a bad mood gossiping. Then there’s others who shadows are literal manifestations of demons. For example they’re physically, emotionally, mentally are violent, bringing harm not only to themselves but to others.
• How do you know if you have a shadow? Mostly everyone has a shadow either dormant or active but you know when the shadow is active when you begin to self-sabotage, indulge in conflicts, or unhealthy patterns. Since the shadow feeds off those things, this dense energy tends to attract more situations and relationships that reinforce the victim or predator narrative as well as its own negative cycle. Another indicator can be unresolved emotions will physically manifest with-in the body, leading to discomfort, tension, or even illness. Ask yourself how active is the shadow within you? & is it more internal or external, do I create pain for myself or inflict it onto others? Regardless , we are here now to dissolve the shadow and transmute that pain into the light body. We’re on alchemist timing.
• Okay so I understand why it’s called the pain-body but how do we dissolve it? Your consciousness will naturally do that while you work to cultivate the light body by first getting in-tuned with the inner body. Start by bringing your attention within. Feel into the subtle, often overlooked sensations within the body. By closing your eyes, breathing deeply, and directing awareness to areas where you feel tension or discomfort. With practice, you’ll begin to notice specific areas in the body that holds that dense energy or physical pain. Whether it’s in your back, your head, wherever…Acknowledge it without judgment or resistance. Truly understand what resistance is. Resistance is negative energy that keeps you from experiencing the present moment. Which is the egos favorite tool. By not accepting the situation in front of you or what is, you block the flow of energy and you give your consciousness away to the ego and its toxic narrative. Keeping you in the same unhealthy cycle, manifesting the shadow. Rather than identifying with the painful emotions or stories that come up, allow the emotion to be there, place your awareness on it and just observe them. Presence alone begins to dissolve the shadow, as it no longer feeds off your resistance. If unconscious resistance to the present moment created the shadow then only pure awareness (consciousness) can dissolve it, bringing you back to a pure inner body. Free of any energetic blockages. You must now reprogram yourself to only create peace and more peace for yourself. Now materializing the light body.
• What if the shadow tries to manifest itself through me again? In my opinion you’re too powerful now. Consciousness is a light, darkness cannot exist within the light. But it will try to manifest again, you have to keep awareness on you at all times. After a release, observe when the shadow might still be triggered in daily life. Triggers can reveal remaining shadow elements. Remember to be conscious though Instead of reacting when you are triggered, continue to bring awareness and release any resistance within the body and mind that you encounter with them. You gotta stay committed to your desired reality which is a continues flow state of peace and abundance. Checking in with yourself is important so that resistance doesn’t build up within you. Embracing a regular inner body practice, whether through a walking meditation, being in nature, it can be whatever as long as it brings you a healthy sense of peace within strengthen your light body over time. This helps keep your new founded god frequency which reduces the re-accumulation of shadow energy. The most important thing todo in order to maintain your light body is to seek positive experiences especially ones that pour more positivity within you and allow expansive energy to flow in.
• Take this gem with you. Understand that spiritual means the unseen, emotions are energy in motion that cannot be seen but you feel them and know they are there. With that being said, emotions are your spiritual energy. The key to a continuous flow state of peace and joy or even the manifestation of your desired reality is rooted within your emotions. That is the flame of consciousness. So let’s make the conscious choice today to stop giving our power away. Whether that’s to a past situation or a future that seems out of reach. Stop resisting the now, Be present, watch opportunities unfold. You are peace, you are abundant…be conscious in those frequencies.
